GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS - APPOINTMENT POLICY & PAYMENT TERMS

By using our services, you agree to the following terms:


1. Appointments


• You are required to honour all appointments.
• Cancellations/changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals (making treatment impossible) will be fully charged for lost time, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
• Appointments made at reception or by phone are immediately binding.


2. Invoicing & Payment


• All invoices must be paid within the stated payment term.
• No rights can be derived from not receiving reminder emails.


3. Herbal Orders


• Strict payment term: 14 days from invoice date.
Day 15: Automatic payment reminder sent.
Day 22: Final notice with transfer to collections stated.
Day 30: Claim transferred to collections agency if unpaid.
If an invoice remains unpaid after the due date, we reserve the right to cancel existing appointments and not allow new ones until the full amount is paid.


4. Herbal Orders & Consultations


A consultation is mandatory for every herbal order (acupuncture treatment, herbal consult, or video consult).
No herbal order will be processed without a consultation.
Consultation fees and herb costs are invoiced separately (the consultation is not included in the herbs price).

• Al herbs orders are supplied for a maximum of 4-weeks to allow treatment monitoring and dosage adjustment as needed.

No discount or bulk pricing is given for longer periods.

No exceptions, regardless of previous orders.

 

5. Modifications


• We reserve the right to modify these terms.
• Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website and apply to ongoing treatments.
