By booking an appointment you agree to the following terms:

1. Appointments

• All appointment confirmations are binding.
• Cancellations/rescheduling minimum 24 hours in advance required.

• In case of illness or flu-like symptoms, cancellation must be done at least 24 hours in advance; showing up while ill will be considered as late cancellation.
• Late cancellations, no-shows or late arrivals will be fully charged for lost time, regardless of reason.

2. Payments

• Acupuncture, cupping & in-person consults: payment immediately after treatment (cash, debit or transfer).
• New appointment policy: no new appointments without settling outstanding fees.
• Online herbal treatments: payment within 14 days of invoice date.
• No rights can be derived from not receiving reminder emails.

3. Herbal Treatments

• Consultation required for every order (no exceptions).
• Consultation and herbs are invoiced separately.
• Maximum order period: 4 weeks (for monitoring and safety).
• No bulk discounts for longer periods.

4. Reminder Procedure (herbal invoices)

• Day 15: Payment reminder
• Day 22: Final notice with collections warning
• Day 30: Claim transferred to collections agency
• Payment is your responsibility, regardless of reminders.

• If an invoice remains unpaid after the due date, we reserve the right to cancel existing appointments and not allow new ones until the full amount is paid.

5. Modifications
• We reserve the right to modify these terms.
• Changes take immediate effect upon publication on our website and apply to ongoing treatments.
